O&OC consists of a core team of mixed Western/Filipino consultants who have extensive knowledge and experience in business development, finance, BPO operations, and management. We have worked with large companies and organizations from all over the world. We will work with you in every step of the outsourcing process - from assessing your requirements to finding the most suitable outsourcing solution in realizing your business goals.


Aside from our core team of consultants, we also work hand in hand with independent advisors who have the exact skills and expertise that you are looking for. Our advisors specialize in different areas such as contact centers / voice outsourcing, IT infrastructure, human resources outsourcing (HRO), finance & accounting (F&A), and procurement. Rafael Verheij is the founder and acting CEO of O&OC. His analytical capabilities and global market insights are drawn from nearly a decade of experience in a range of leading corporations.

He has worked on five continents and has extensive experience in Offshoring & Outsourcing, business development, cost-savings and tactics, market entries, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, risks identification and mitigation, economics analysis and trade-offs, and streamlining business processes.

Prior to O&OC, Rafael worked as a senior advisor at Everest Group Consulting and led major BPO & ITO initiatives. He also served as a Senior Corporate Strategist at Eneco Energy, a manager at Accenture, and worked as project manager, change manager, and senior business development manager in various Shell entities. He was also an Associate at Deutsche Bank, Global Markets. In Asia, he worked for Philips Indonesia, AHOLD-Zonghui, and other corporations.

Rafael has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MSc in Economics. He also completed a two-module Executive Program at International Institute for Management Development (Lausanne, Switzerland).
